Following the US’ killing of terrorist and Iranian general Qassem Soleimani and Iran’s attempted cover-up of shooting down a commercial plane killing 176 civilians, the regime in Iran decided to send a message to the United States and Israel.
However, in an attempt to coerce their people into disrespecting these enemies of the regime, students used this effort to promote America and protest Iran!
Outside of Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran, US and Israeli flags were painted on the ground in hopes that students would “trample” these flags in a show of solidarity against Iran’s enemies. Instead, these students deliberately walked around the flags, giving a metaphorical middle-finger to the Iranian government. The few who did choose to walk on the flags seem to immediately be ridiculed for doing so! Watch here:
This, along with protesters chanting pro-America/anti-Iran chants should tell you everything you need to know about the government in that part of the world. Trump obviously made the right call to take out a powerful terrorist when he had the chance. Now if only we could get them to stop shooting down their own people in planes…
