Ann Coulter Blasts President Trump Over Border Wall, “He’s Built 0.2%! ONLY 1,305 MILES TO GO!”

Conservative commentator Ann Coulter has been one of the most outspoken critics of President Trump, but as most of you know she’s far from even being near the middle… She’s EXTREMELY conservative.

Coulter was one of the first prominent figures in media and politics to say Donald Trump would be president of the United States. People laughed in her face when she would say it on TV, but she was right.

At the time, she believed that Donald Trump would keep his word when it came to building a wall along the southern border. Like many people concerned with our nation’s security, she is not pleased with the “progress” being made on the wall along the border between the United States and Mexico.

In a bit of a rant posted to twitter, Coulter vented her frustration with some lighthearted jokes that, to Coulter at least, are anything but funny.

“Today’s BORDER WALL CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Miles completed yesterday-Zero; Miles completed since Inauguration—2.5. NEXT UPDATE TOMORROW,” she tweeted.

In a pair of follow-up tweets she suggested “a race along the new border wall,” saying they could host a “fun run”.

“The Trump Border Wall 4k! Get your T-shirts now! … Be advised running the race could take up to 7 minutes.”

Folks were quick to point out that the president has faced pushback unlike most presidents in our nation’s history:

The tweets come a day after an appeals court has ruled that the administration will be allowed to divert over $3 billion in military funds to build the wall.

“This is a victory for the rule of law. We are committed to keeping our borders secure, and we will finish the wall,” said White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham.

The president sent a tweet following the news of the ruling:

“The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals just reversed a lower court decision & gave us the go ahead to build one of the largest sections of the desperately needed Southern Border Wall, Four Billion Dollars. Entire Wall is under construction or getting ready to start!”

Time will tell if the wall actually gets built, but the recent ruling opens up a real possibility of that happening.
